Wordpress 2.5.1 Visual Editor Not Working. Help.

My Wordpress (2.5.1) Visual Editor is not working at all and I really need some help to fix this problem. It is killing me because I can’t use the normal editor and it’s really messing up my codes half the time and demotivates me to update my blog.

Wordpress Visual Editor Problem

I just can’t understand why this is happening now. My visual editor was working fine and all of a sudden it just stopped working. The screenshot shows that “visual” is highlighted and even when I try clicking on “HTML” it doesn’t change anything. I’ve deactivated all my Wordpress plugin and tried writing, but the problem remained. I even tried IE8 and also started Firefox 3 in safe mode, re-installed Firefox 2, updated to the latest Java Runtime, but doesn’t seem to work.

I’m just totally lost here. I need my visual editor back! Help.
