I was working (last minute) on my assignment last night until about 4am when I fell asleep. Now that I am up again, I am experiencing writer’s block. I’ve never had the problem of not being able to keep to the minimum words, so this is my first (and hopefully my last) time.
Cute or not my wallpaper? 
With 950 words and 250 words to go, I am simply out of idea. I wonder if I can just submit my feature story with so many words short?
For memory’s sake, I am currently writing a feature story about the recent murder of the Chinese girl in Perth.
Maybe I should have written something else - photography, or perhaps badminton? Too late now.

Of Fried Rice and a Very Sad Shoe

Who says Raymond Chan can’t cook? I present you today, Raymond Chan’s Special Sambal Belachan Fried Rice Nice long name eh?
I was a little hungry last night, so I whipped up one of these about 2am :S Enough to feed a cow, but I managed to finish it, of course.
Let us do this one step at a time. Chan Raymond’s way.
- Using an overnight cooked rice, heat the rice with a little oil in the pan/wok.
- Put in a tablespoon (or your preferred amount) of sambal belachan into the wok and mix well.
- Separate the rice in the wok so that there’s an empty space to fry an egg in the middle.
- When egg is cooked, mix them together with the rice.
- Put a little salt and some pepper and perhaps some light soy sauce for taste.
- Finally, mix whatever vege/meat you have. In my case, I used a plate of leftover long beans with beef
- Serve, and enjoy.
So this is it about my Fried Rice.
Moving on.

30. What was the last thing you ate? Wedges with Sour Cream and Sweet Chilli. Yum.
31. Will you get married in the future? Yeap. Wait till I’m in my late twenties first.

I think I have forgotten what I had wanted to blog about today. It’s weird, isn’t it?
One moment we are so keen to blog about a certain something and then when you leave your mind idle for a few hours, you have not only lost the interest in blogging about that certain something, but in some cases, you just totally forget about it. Hate it when it happens to me.

My Monday didn’t turn out that well. Woke up late and skipped my lecture again. Slept at 6am this morning after watching 4 episodes of Prison Break, so I guess it was quite expected for me to miss the lecture. But all will turn out alright when I go for baddy tonight. Heh.
