It’s Time

This will be my first official entry in this blog.

I had wanted to delete the previous test post, but “somebody” happily claimed her first spot as my first commenter in a test post. And she is not just anybody, but somebody with a high authority in my blog. Lest she “hacks” into my blog, I better play it safe and keep the post there. Give you face okay, let you leave your “one one satu satu 1111″ mark.

Who is she?

Neh, she is none other than the famous 5xmom who sponsored this domain and web-hosting for one year, Lilian. She is so free, even managed to find the time to drop a comment when she’s “supposedly” having her holiday. So thank you lah. I already say a lot of times, so I think you’re probably sick of hearing it. Heh.

Of course, how can I forget Terence, who likes to pang sai chose me as one of the winners of the domain + webhosting. Thanks boss. You know I love you. wakaka.

There is another person to thank here. Although I don’t know him that well, he’s the person who registered my domain and set up my web-hosting. He also had Wordpress set up for me, which is currently running at 2.2.2 as I type. Thanks Bryan for the prompt replies to my emails. So yes, Bryan is the one to look for if you are thinking about moving your blog to your own dot com. Happy or not, Bryan? Now that you feel happier, you may want to start replying my emails again

There are just so many things to write in a “first” entry.

So, I must be truthful. I don’t quite like this theme that I had chosen, particularly the font size. So yes, do tell me if you know of a good (and I mean really good) sites where I can get themes from.

For a blogger from Blogger (pun intended, so laugh), the transition to a Wordpress Blog is not an easy feat. I found myself struggling for half a day just to get plugins and themes to work. And to be completely honest, I still don’t know anything about the Loop or where the template is located. So will someone please enlighten me?

For the next few days or so, normal (photography, work and uni-related) entries will be stopped temporarily to allow myself to adjust to this blog. A fair bit of tidying up needs to be done, especially in the Blogroll and my About page.

This is actually my second time typing this. The first time I typed it, I accidentally clicked save twice, where the second click was when the page was refreshing itself and causing me to save an empty post instead. Idiot.

But enough ranting for a “First” post. I don’t want to scare people away with all these words, but one really important thing you guys can help me do:

HELP ME DECIDE ON A TAGLINE!

Tomorrow you can help me fill in my “About” page. Heh.
